BD 060710-01 On a motion by Don Rifenbery it was VOTED that the agenda be approved with one addition. 

Minutes Approved
BD 060710-02 On a motion by Gene Forrester, it was VOTED that the Minutes of the April 8-9 2010 Executive Board Meeting were approved as presented.

DA 060810-01  On a motion by Marie Buckner, Chelan-Douglas County Unit 02, it was VOTED that the Rules for the Delegate Assembly, printed on Page 8 and as presented by the Rules and Resolutions Committee Chairman Maxine Alloway  be accepted.

DA 060810-02  On a motion by Richard Anderson, Whatcom County Unit 32, it was VOTED to accept the credentials report. 

DA 060810-03  On a motion by Susan Webber, Lower Valley-Yakima Unit 13, it was VOTED that the agenda for the 63rd  state convention be accepted. 

DA 060810-04  On a motion by Neil Prescott, Spokane Area Unit 25, it was VOTED that the proposed budget for the fiscal period July 1, 2010 through June 30, 2011 in the amount of $1,031,151.00.00 be approved as recommended by the Executive Board and as presented on pages 19 through 22 of the WSSRA 2010 Delegate Handbook. 

DA 060810-05  On a motion by Barbara Landrock, Skagit/Island/San Juan Unit 21,  it was VOTED to accept the written reports of the WSSRA Officers, Executive Board,  District Representatives and Coordinating Council Chairmen be accepted as printed in the WSSRA 2010 Delegate Handbook on Pages 11-47.
